Family is a concept that Jack Nourafshan holds dear. In addition to respect, generosity, and integrity, he also believes in having a strong support base for the good and bad times, forming close connections with people and having high morals. He sees the value in patience, helping out his community and the people around him, as well as the need for building and maintaining a clean and honorable reputation.

After attending to complete his engineering degree from the University of Minnesota, Jack Nourafshan earned an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California, which also helped spark his interest and passion for both real estate and entrepreneurship. Throughout the years, Jack has continued to build his knowledge and expertise on the art of entrepreneurship, and enjoys sharing his insight with young, up-and-coming entrepreneurs.

Because of his passion for entrepreneurship, Jack Nourafshan decided to complete his real estate certificate, which ultimately led him to create his own company, called Reliable Properties. Reliable Properties is a closely-held real estate firm that specializes in the acquisition, development, and management of properties in Los Angeles, California. Since opening in 1975, Jack and his partners have continued to run the real estate firm together, which has helped Jack become known as a leader in the industry.

Health and wellness are also very important aspects of Jack’s everyday life. He exercises 5 times a week, and unabashedly finds himself constantly reading health magazines and articles. He enjoys studying the health benefits of different foods and spices and likes to incorporate everything he’s learned into what he cooks. Jack Nourafshan lives a very health conscious lifestyle and enjoys spending time with family. As part of his commitment to a healthy and meaningful lifestyle, Jack started a monthly community and wellness blog, where he not only highlights the importance of giving back to one’s community, but also notable organizations who are having a positive impact.
